Thanks for the opportunity to showcase Suzanne’s Smart Cookies at your shop, or special event! Here’s how my pricing works:
Quality baking ingredients, fresh and dried fruits, gourmet chocolate, roasted and raw nuts, etc. are a fixed price – therefore, Suzanne’s Smart Cookies is able to bill clients not based on ingredients but rather, based on time spent in the kitchen and order size.
For my cookies & cupcakes and other sweets that are standard to my assortment, are customer favorites and available year-round, I charge as follows:
SSC-A: includes all cookie menu items except the following: Classic “Fig Newtons,” Classic “Oreos,” Rugelach & Linzer Tarts = $12 per pound
SSC-B: includes Classic “Fig Newtons,” Classic “Oreos,” Rugelach & Linzer Tarts = $15 per pound
For Loaves & Bundts that are standard to my assortment I charge as follows = $14 per pound
Placing a standing order? I will happily adjust down my price even more if you are ordering regularly.
For special/custom order items I charge a $2-5 surcharge depending on labor needs and sourcing ingredients
